Fiscal Policy | Kathak Kendra

Kathak Kendra provides Fiscal Policy to students under three major heads:

SCHOLARSHIP
HOUSE RENT SUBSIDY
FREESHIP

A student is eligible to avail these Fiscal Policies by only getting minimum percentage of attendance in their subject(s) per month in the present year of his/her training as well as valid required documents.

Elementary Courses: 65% in Dance

Advance Courses: 75% (each in Dance and Allied subjects)

A student receiving scholarship from any other source will not be eligible to apply for a Kendra's scholarship. He/she may however, will have the option to choose between the two.

Foundation Course: Rs. 1000/- to eligible students of 3rd, 4th and 5th year
Diploma Pass Course: Rs. 2000/- to eligible students of 2nd and 3rd year
Diploma Honours Course: Rs. 2500/- to eligible students of 2nd and 3rd year
Post Diploma Course: Rs. 3100/- to eligible students of 2nd year

The out-stationed Advanced Courses students who are taking training at Kathak Kendra are eligible for the House Rent Subsidy. Maintaining mandatory attendance as required is essential to avail this subsidy.

Full Subsidy: Rs. 6000/- per month
Adjusted Subsidy: Students whose attendance is in between 65% to 74% in each subjects will be entitled to receive a reduced House Rent Subsidy, calculated on the basis of the actual attendance percentage in required each subjects.
